LP Redesign

For my LP Redesign I chose the album JUJU by Siouxsie and The Banshees. The assignment focused on creating a completely original image, instead of recreating the original album cover. The goal was to create an image that was unique but still correctly portrayed the nature of the chosen album.

JUJU, has very present dark imagery, Halloween themes, and a gothic nature. The album is a highly influential gothic rock album. I wanted to have fun with subject matter and chose to focus on one subject with the makeup and styling as one of the most important factors of the image. Also focusing on creating an eerie overall atmosphere.
